JUDGEMENT DAY IS HERE.

Ever so often in the history of our existence, periodic ” judgement” has befall inhabitants of the earth. Sometimes in isolated cases or on a more widespread scale.

This is nothing strange or abnormal.
Whether it was during the World Wars, the great influenza epidemic of1918 or even unproven stories within the Bible, relative to Noah and the Ark or the known destruction of Jerusalem in Ad 70. We can even make mention of the French Revolution of 1812.

Of all the instances mentioned, one common element would have been key to general survival within these events. This is: giving heed to warnings. In other words…. OBEDIENCE.

From the biblical Noah who preached for forty days and nights, to warning issued in the Bible advising people that whenever they see the troops encompassing Jerusalem, they should flee to the mountains. Ironically even recently, American troops occupying Afghanistan were never able to weed out insurrectionists hiding in the mountains, and even the Russians before them were also unsuccessful. There we see the advice given back then would have had some merit.

The Spanish flu of 1918 resembles our current situation, except we are more informed but not necessarily more educated regarding the seriousness involved.

Our disobedience speaks volumes for a modern society which boasts about communication advancements and superior technological developments. Yet, all may have been best used for less significance than their fullest and ultimate potential, which should be for the advancement of mankind, socially and intellectually.

Technological advancements means little if we as a people remain at the same place and mental space as before the developed technology existed.

The spirits of Tim Berners-Lee, Archimedes, Thomas Edison are probably discussing, why didn’t they go plant a fig tree, instead of spending sleepless nights and mentally draining days, hoping that their work would have enlightened future generations to become more knowledgeable, not just being able to use the the technology they pioneered, but moreso for the humans to develop a better awareness of their existence and an understanding of the importance of order.

It remains sad that disobedience remains as prevalent as it is today and any judgement “day” will remain just that: simply because we have all develop an unattractiveness for order. Maybe we have an underlying belief that others must never dictate our doings……. Even if it is to the detriment of ourselves and loved ones…..

We have allowed egotistical attitudes to infiltrate and absord our minds, leading us to constantly believe that “we know, we know”, when all we have is just a belief equal to that of our peers. No greater than any other but yet, within ourselves we are confident and elated that we are elevated by our actions derived and directly associated with our baseless egos.

The destruction of our Health Care System, combined with an economic collapse, is the “Hell” we must aim to avoid. Our “Heaven” is symbolic to surviving this pandemic.

The Coronavirus has become a Judgement Call and those who will ascend into the “New Heaven”, not just as a people, but as a nation will be the remnant who obeyed the “Voices Crying In The Wilderness”.

These voices are all around us, guiding us, but yet still, it’s reach is like shouting in the desert. Few take heed, because, for our own selfish desires, we have become disobedient and disrespectful to our leaders. We spiritually spit on authority and invoke baseless irrelevant reasoning for discussions. From a cosmic perspective; we have become fools.

As a people, let’s all try to be responsible so when the “trumpet” sounds, we all will be ready to shout praises and triumphantly claim our riches in “heaven”.

We are a blessed nation, but only when and if we seek to be responsible and engage order, by adhering to the cautions issued by the voices of authority, placed in position to serve us…..
only then can we truly say…….
Just and true are your ways…… oh Lord.
